Meet the Las Vegas Team Behind Doyle Garage Doors Las Vegas

We’re the crew that shows up when your door won’t lift, your opener grinds, or your spring gives out at 11:40 on a Sunday night. Doyle Garage Doors Las Vegas has served this valley since 2001, and every person on this page lives and works here. We’re background-checked, identity-verified, and held to the Threshold Standard on every single job. That means you know exactly who you’re opening your door to before you open it. No surprises, no strangers, no exceptions. Here’s who answers the call in Las Vegas.

Our People

Aaron Teague, Owner

Aaron founded Doyle Garage Doors Las Vegas in 2001 and still runs the day-to-day operation. He’s been turning wrenches on torsion springs – the large coils mounted above the door that do most of the lifting – since before Summerlin had a skyline. His rule is simple: write the price down before the work starts, and stand behind it for 365 days. When he’s not on a job site, he’s inspecting finished work and making sure every tech carries the written guarantee the brand was built on. He’ll tell you a Las Vegas garage door takes more abuse in one August than a Minnesota door takes all year.

Marcus R., Lead Technician

Marcus has 14 years in the trade, the last 9 of them fixing doors across Las Vegas. He’s factory-trained on LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie openers, and he’s the guy we send when a door has a problem nobody else can diagnose. His specialty is torsion spring replacement and cable rerouting – the two jobs that send most homeowners to the internet at 2 a.m. Marcus keeps a torque wrench calibrated monthly and a cooler full of cold water in the truck because he knows a Henderson garage in July feels like a kiln. He’s meticulous about tension settings and even more meticulous about wiping down the track before he leaves.

DeShawn P., Senior Installer

DeShawn has been hanging doors for 11 years, and he’s installed everything from a 16-foot Clopay steel back-swing to a custom Amarr carriage-house door in The Ridges. He handles new installations and full replacements, which means he’s the one measuring, leveling, and making sure the door seals tight against the wind that rips through the northwest valley in spring. DeShawn is our go-to for Wayne Dalton and Raynor product lines. Off the clock, he restores classic cars, which means he understands the difference between a bolt torqued right and a bolt torqued “good enough.”

Lena S., Service Coordinator

Lena is the voice on the phone at 6 a.m. and the voice on the phone at 11 p.m. She’s been dispatching garage door crews in Las Vegas for 7 years and knows every neighborhood from Centennial Hills to Green Valley Ranch. Lena doesn’t read from a script and she doesn’t put anyone on hold unless she has to. When you call, she’s the one confirming the appointment, sending the tech’s name and photo before arrival, and making sure the written price gets to you before a single bolt is turned. She keeps a running mental map of which tech is closest to which zip code, and she’s rarely off by more than ten minutes.

One Standard, Every Job

Every person named above operates under the same non-negotiable rules that have defined Doyle Garage Doors Las Vegas since 2001. The Threshold Standard means a background check and identity verification for every technician before they ever step into a marked truck. It means a photo ID badge shown at the door, a clean uniform, and your tech’s name and photo sent to you before arrival. It means a written price handed to you before any work begins. It means a written guarantee on every repair: 365 days from the date of repair, and if it fails, we come back and make it right at no charge. It means a free second visit if the repair fails, covered automatically, no argument required. And it means a live person answers the phone day, night, weekends, and holidays. That standard doesn’t change depending on which tech shows up, which neighborhood you live in, or how busy we are. Aaron enforces it personally, and every member of this crew signed on because they believe in it.

Call (725) 224-5155 and Lena will get you scheduled. You’ll know exactly who to expect before they arrive.
